Step-by-Step Setup
1. Start a Broadcast Session
Log in at interpretapp.ai, go to the Transcribe page, and start a session. You can also use the desktop app to capture audio from any source on your computer.
2. Get Your Broadcast Link
Once your session is live, copy the broadcast link. This is the link your audience will use to follow along.
3. Share with Your Audience
Display the link on a screen, print it on programs, or share it via text/email before the event. You can also generate a QR code for easy scanning.
4. Your Audience Picks Their Language
When audience members open the link, they select their preferred language from 70+ options. Captions appear in real time in their chosen language. They can also toggle Live Audio to hear the translation spoken aloud.
Speaker Differentiation
If multiple people are speaking at your event — a panel discussion, a Q&A session, a worship service with different leaders — Interpret AI automatically identifies and labels each speaker in the transcript. Your audience sees who is saying what, even in translation.
After the Event
The full transcript is saved with word-level timestamps and audio. You can:
- Share the transcript with attendees who couldn’t make it
- Open the transcript editor and click any word to hear that exact moment
- Translate the transcript into additional languages for post-event distribution
- Edit the transcript for accuracy before sharing
